ATV Offroad products are warranted to be free from workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the ATV. ATV Offroad's limit of liability under this lifetime warranty is to repair or replace the defective product. So basically if you have a part break or fail, it’s covered. If you think you have a defective product, please contact us before you start stressing.
What's not covered under our limited warranty:
- Scratches or product finishes;
- Parts that have been altered in anyway;
- Competition Use;
- Accidents or wrecks;
- Labor cost, loss of use or loss of time;
- Return courier / mail cost, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs.
ATV Offroad makes every effort to ensure product compatibility with the specific ATV but due to unknown ATV manufacture changes and inconstancies by the ATV manufactures, ATV Offroad cannot be responsible for 100% compatibility. But with that said, please contact us with any fit issues.
Installation of ATV Offroad product(s) is to enhance the performance off road. The steering, braking and handling may alter from a standard ATV. Although all of our products are made from the highest quality materials possible, they are not a substitute for Safe and Careful driving. In other words, please have a safe off-road sense. Know the terrain, the speed limitations, and any obstacles that may lie ahead.
ATV Offroad reserves the right to discontinue, change the design, finish or part numbers without written notice. ATV Offroad is not responsible for misprints or typographical errors. Please remember to preserve our right to enjoy public land through the proper use of off-road vehicles.
Customers are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that the modifications made to their vehicle are compliant with the rules and regulations in their relevant state and that the modifications are approved by a certified engineer (if applicable) prior to use on public roads if applicable.
